Welcome to Clout, the Command-Line software for Microsoft Outlook 2003.

Clout gives you the speed of a command-line entry system within the standard Outlook graphical environment. It helps you to enter the most common record types (Appointments, Tasks, Journals and Notes) reducing the amount of time that you spend in the Outlook dialog boxes.

Key Features:

• Speed up input of Outlook Appointments, Tasks, Journals, and Notes;
• Enter dates and times in convenient and standard formats, so less faffing with drop-down lists that Outlook imposes on you - for example instead of entering a specific date you can enter 'tu', 'tue' or 'tuesday' to indicate that an event is happening on the next Tuesday;
• Choose to file your records into an appropriate category from the command-line, again, less mouse clicks and time in the relevant dialog box;
• Loose format commands allow many abbreviated inputs in just about any order... you will find the relaxed rules a pleasure to work with;
• Command Trainer dialog helps you to learn the command options quickly and easily.
